Every Homelife Stairlift comes with a 12-month warranty as standard but to safeguard this we offer a range of extended warranties offering a variety of cover to protect your investment.

Regular stairlift maintenance

Customer satisfaction is a priority for us at Homelife Stairlifts and you can expect years of use from our range of stairlift products. However, as with all machinery with working parts, regular servicing and routine maintenance is required. We recommend having an annual visit from one of our experienced service engineers to ensure ongoing reliability and safety.

It means that, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, one of our dedicated team will be on hand to deal with any queries. For example, our comprehensive gold cover also covers the cost of all call-outs, parts, and labour, with nothing more to pay.
